Bray passes for 5 TDs in Reedley rout

Kingsburg grad Austin Bray threw five touchdown passes in Reedley’s 48-8 rout of Mendocino to start the season on Saturday.

Reedley took control from the beginning and went into halftime with a 27-0 lead.

Bray finished the night 17-of-25 for 224 yards, five touchdowns and one interception. All five touchdowns were to a different receiver.

Caleb Horton, Blayde Moore, Robert Avery, Tyler Johnson and Anthony Nash each caught a touchdown pass.

Avery led Reedley with 12 carries for 78 yards. Washington Union grad Javin Harrison added nine carries for 59 yards.
