Harris’ 200+ yards leads Tulare to Bell Game win

Tulare running back Romello Harris took over the show with more than 200 yards rushing in the Redskins’ 33-6 win over Tulare Western in the 50th Annual Bell Game.

Harris scored the first touchdown of the game on a 15 yard run and ended with 30 carries for 239 yards and two touchdowns.

Redskin quarterback Josh Guerrero completed 9-of-13 passes for 114 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.

His first touchdown pass was a 20-yard strike to Elijah Dailey and the second was a 38-yard completion to Spencer Montgomery.

Tulare Western quarterback Kobe Portillo completed 9-of-14 passes for 109 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions before leaving the game with an injury.

Filling in at quarterback, Jordan Padilla completed 5-of-8 passes for 44 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions.

The Mustangs only score came on a 15 yard touchdown run by Padilla, who finished with 15 carries for 83 yards.
