Hill’s 172 yards powers Dos Palos over Kerman

Dos Palos has found its go-to feature back, as Kailan Hill rushed for more than 140 yards in his third straight games, as the Broncos soundly defeated Kerman 35-6 on Friday in Kerman.

Hill rushed for 172 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries in the game.

The Broncos were also efficient moving the ball through the air, as quarterback Christian Escalante completed 7-of-12 passes for 149 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions.

Receiver Luke Catrina caught two passes for 58 yards and two touchdowns. Jerry Warren had two catches for 45 yards and a touchdown.

Kerman running back Basilio Gutierrez put together 164-yard rushing night, including a 70-yard run for a touchdown.
