Kendricks records double-digit tackles in Philly loss

Hoover graduate Mychal Kendricks tied for the team lead in tackles but his Philadelphia Eagles fell to the defending Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks, 24-14, on Sunday in Philadelphia.

Kendricks recorded 11 tackles—seven solo and four assisted—to tie Fletcher Cox for the team lead. Kendricks also made a tackle for a loss in the game.

However the Eagles didn’t have enough to equalize the greatest linebacker in the league Bobby Wagner, who led the Seahawks with seven tackles.

The baddest man on the planet Robert Turbin rushed four times for seven yards and caught a 14-yard pass for the Seahawks.
