Thomas powers Selma’s run game vs. Shafter

Selma running back Paul Thomas led the charge as his Bears cruised to a 28-0 win over Shafter on Friday.

Thomas rushed for 149 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries.

Teammate Jordan Dominguez also scored on a 27-yard touchdown run and Jacob Nicacio returned an interception 55 yards for a touchdown for the Bears.

After dropping the season opener 42-0 to Kerman, the Bears are now on a two-game winning streak.
